Class passes work like credits and are required for all class reservations, including waitlists.

A class pass will be returned to your studio account if:

• You do not move off the waitlist and into the class

• You cancel within the required cancellation window

Class Pass Packages are designed to reward frequency with a lower price-per-class.  Packages include a usage window based on size to support consistent progress.

All Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have expiration dates. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance that prevents class attendance, i.e., injury, illness, or family emergency, we can place a hold on Packages and Memberships. A Hold will freeze your passes and the expiration clock. Fill out the Hold Request Form HERE to initiate the hold.
