CLASSES
Our group Reformer Pilates classes are contemporary Pilates sessions designed to build strength, control, and confidence in movement. Each class is 50 minutes and utilizes the Pilates Reformer along with a variety of Pilates props.
Our classes are thoughtfully leveled to support safe progression and long-term success. Every class, regardless of level, offers meaningful strength work. As levels progress, exercises place greater demands on balance, coordination, joint mobility, and overall control. We encourage clients to build strong foundations before advancing into more dynamic movement. Many clients spend time developing confidence in Level 1 before progressing — and even experienced participants return to foundational classes to refine technique. For your safe progression, please choose the level that best matches your movement readiness, not your schedule preference. Instructors can offer small, supportive modifications, but due to class size, they are not able to create entirely different movement sequences for individual clients in regular group classes. Instructors may recommend the class level that best supports your safety, progress, and overall experience. Occasionally, this may mean remaining in or returning to a foundational class until you feel fully confident advancing. If you are navigating injuries, mobility considerations, or are unsure which class is the best fit, we are happy to help guide you toward the level that best supports your body and your goals.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private Pilates sessions offer fully individualized instruction tailored to your body, goals, and movement needs. Each 50-minute session is thoughtfully customized, allowing for personalized pacing, detailed cueing, and intentional progression that isn’t possible in a group setting. Private sessions are ideal for those seeking focused attention, customized programming, or a more personalized Pilates experience.
PILATES EVALUATION
The Private Pilates Evaluation is designed for clients navigating injuries, mobility limitations, or specific physical concerns. This 75-minute session is conducted by a Pilates Instructor who is also a Physical Therapist and focuses on assessing movement patterns, identifying limitations, and establishing a safe, appropriate approach to Pilates.
Following the evaluation, you’ll receive clear guidance on suitable class levels, modifications, or private session recommendations to support safe, confident movement moving forward.
Clients with medical conditions, injuries, or mobility concerns should obtain Clearance from their medical professional before participating in a Private Session, Pilates Evaluation, or regular group class.

Private sessions and Pilates Evaluations are limited and scheduled around current group classes and instructor availability and require approval.
You can submit a private session request by logging into your studio account. Select “Book Now” and then “Appointments”. You will follow the prompts to select a date, time, and instructor. Finally, you will be prompted to purchase the applicable session to submit your request.
Your request will be reviewed by staff. Once approved, you will receive a text notification.
We make every effort to approve requests, if your request cannot be scheduled, you will receive a text notification, and your pass will be released back to your account to make a new request.
