Pass and Membership HOLD Request

Packages and memberships can be placed on hold in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, i.e., injury, illness, or family emergency. A hold will freeze your package or membership, including the expiration clock, recurring billing if applicable, and the ability to make reservations. If you are able to return before your Hold time is over, you can fill out the Hold REMOVAL Request form below.

Membership Cancellation Request

Membership Cancellation Requests must be made 7 days before your next billing cycle to be processed before the next auto draft. Early cancellation will result in the forfeiture of any unused rollover class passes. If you have unused rollover passes, you can choose a desired future cancelation date to give yourself time to use them. Memberships cannot be discounted or prorated for any unused classes. 


You can cancel your membership by logging in to your account, clicking My Profile, and then selecting the Passes and Memberships tab.
