ANNOUNCEMENTS
Studio Move Update
We are planning to be open and operational in our new studio home on Monday, May 4th! We will have to close the studio on May 2nd and May 3rd for the move.
Our new home will be:
305 S. Union Ave.
Pueblo, CO 81003
The new space will allow the studio to grow in ways that many of you have been asking for. We will be adding 3–4 additional Reformers for group classes, along with additional Pilates equipment for private sessions.
For those wondering about parking, here is a map showing nearby parking options. Parking Map
Studio Adjustments for a Smooth Transition
Schedule Adjustment
Some class times, where there are back-to-back classes, will shift by 5 minutes to create 15 minutes between classes. This should help with transitions and reduce parking congestion.
New Pueblo Pilates App (Available Now)
We are launching our Pueblo Pilates-specific app.
Don’t worry — it functions exactly like the current WellnessLiving app. The main difference is that the studio will be able to post updates directly on the home screen and send push notifications for things like downtown events that affect studio access.
Studio Virtual Assistant
Some of you may have already noticed our new Virtual Assistant, the new chatbot in the app.
The assistant can help with things like:
• Answering studio questions
• Helping navigate the booking system
• Checking how many passes you have remaining
• Finding expiration dates
It isn’t perfect yet, but it will continue improving every day.
Cancellation Policy Adjustment
All classes will move to a 12-hour cancellation window.
However, each client will receive 3 Late Cancellation Passes each year that can be credited back to their account when life happens.
This adjustment simplifies scheduling and will allow the Virtual Assistant to easily find classes and make reservations for you.
Class Level Prerequisite Updates
With additional spots in classes, it becomes even more important that clients select the class level that best matches their comfort with transitions, balance, and body positioning. Instructors can offer small modifications, but with more participants, it becomes difficult to run completely different exercise series while maintaining the flow of class.
For safety and to protect the quality of the class experience for everyone, there will be prerequisites for some class levels.
Level 2
→ 5 combined classes of Gentle, Level 1, Level 1 & 2, or private sessions
Level 2 & 3 and Level 3
→ An additional 10 classes of any lower-level class
Long-time clients:
These changes will likely not affect you, as most of you reached these milestones long ago.
If you are ever unsure which class is best for you, I’m always happy to help guide you.
Thank you all for being part of this studio and community. I’m excited to share this next chapter with you!
