Step 1: Create WellnessLiving Account

Step 2: Book an “Introduction to the Reformer” Class
Required for all Reformer newcomers!
This essential class will help you:

Set up your Reformer safely

Learn proper Pilates alignment and fundamentals

Private Sessions
Introduction classes are limited and fill up quickly.
​
If you are eager to get started, you can do a private session instead. Private Sessions are scheduled by contacting the studio.
Private Session Pricing
Private Session for 1 - $55

Private Session for 2 - $70
​
Private Session for 3 - $90
Important Booking Info
Reservations
You can have as many upcoming bookings as you have class passes. You can manage all of your reservations through WellnessLiving.

Booking Window
Book classes up to 5 months ahead, and as late as 30 minutes before class time.
​
Cancellations
Cancel your reservation 8+ hours before class with no penalty. You can cancel your reservation < 8 hours before class, but it will be counted as a Late Cancel - class pass deducted
Waitlist
Full class? Join the waitlist
If you are moved from the waitlist to the class, you will be notified via automated text notification. If you are not added, your pass will be credited back
No‑shows​
No credit or refund for missed classes

Purchases & Class Packages
All sales are final. Packages do expire, and you can track them in your WellnessLiving profile. If you need an extension due to valid reasons like medical/employment, contact us!
