Limitations
  • Weight and Height Restrictions: Our Reformers have a weight limit of 350 lbs and a height limit of 6'3". These guidelines are in place to ensure safety and proper equipment use.

  • Intro to the Reformer Prerequisite: All new members must complete the Intro to Reformer class or a Private Pilates Session before participating in regular group classes. This ensures a safe and confident introduction to the equipment and basic movements.

  • Age Requirements: Participants must be at least 18 years old. However, those aged 16 and older are welcome to attend if accompanied by a participating adult.

  • Non-Participants: Due to space limitations and to maintain a focused environment, non-participants are not allowed in the studio.

Dress Code
  • Clothing: Wear form-fitting attire to allow instructors to observe alignment and movement. Avoid clothing with zippers or sharp objects that could damage equipment.

  • Jewelry: Remove all jewelry to prevent damage to the equipment and ensure safety.

  • Footwear: Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene.

  • Garment Care: Do not wear clothing that could poke, tear, or cut the faux leather of the Reformer beds.

Attendance
  • Arrival Time: Do not enter the studio more than 5 minutes before class start time. This allows the previous class to exit and gives the instructor time to reset the equipment.

  • Punctuality: Ensure you are on your Reformer and ready on time. Doors may be locked 5 minutes after the class start time.

WellnessLiving and Class Packs
  • Registration: Advance registration and prepayment are required. Payments and registrations are managed through WellnessLiving. Note: Payment is not accepted in the studio.

  • Purchases: All purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and for your use only. All sales are final.

  • Tracking and Expiration: Monitor your passes through your user profile. Contact the studio for extensions due to valid reasons, such as medical conditions or employment changes.

  • Booking: Classes can be booked up to 30 minutes before the start time.

  • Waitlist: If a class is full, you can be added to the waitlist. You will receive an automated text notification if you are moved from the waitlist to the class roster.
