Classes

Classes are 50 minutes long contemporary Pilates classes that utilize the Refromer and other accessories. Reformer experience is  or Intro to the Reformer Class is required before participating in other classes. 

Intro to the Reformer

This class introduces you to the basics of the Reformer machine. Learn foundational exercises, proper form, and equipment settings to build your confidence and understanding. Ideal for beginners looking to start their Pilates journey with a strong foundation.

Level Two

Ready to take it up a notch? Level 2 offers a slightly more challenging experience, incorporating complex movement patterns that engage your core and enhance your overall strength. In this class, you'll explore exercises in a variety of positions, including lying down, seated, kneeling, and standing without hand support.

Gentle Pilates

Perfect for those with limited mobility, Gentle Pilates focuses on mindful movement. In this class, you'll perform exercises while lying down, seated on the carriage, or standing with hand support. Even though this class is designed with limited mobility in mind, clients must be able to navigate exercises and transitions independently without assistance.

Level One & Two

Our Level 1&2 classes are designed to accommodate participants from both levels. This inclusive class offers modifications to ensure everyone can work at their own pace while still being challenged.

Level One

This class is ideal for beginners or anyone looking to build a strong foundation. Level 1 features simple and effective movements performed lying on your back and stomach, on hands and knees, and standing with support. You’ll learn essential techniques that promote strength, balance, and flexibility, all while feeling secure and supported throughout your practice.

Level Three

For those who have mastered the basics and are ready for an advanced challenge, Level 3 is our most demanding class. This session features exercises that require a strong foundation, good balance, and a sense of adventure. Participants should have a healthy spine and be prepared for dynamic movements that will push their limits.
